These pants are army issue IPFU black, fully lined PT style.  They feature an elastic waist band with drawstring and barrel lock, elastic at the ankles, seat and knee reinforcement patches on the outside of pants, 2 side pockets with zippers at the ankles for easy on and off. They are made of high performance fabrics that resist wind and rain, while keeping you comfortable by allowing moisture vapor to pass through.
